Further information and how to book Supper Club Meetings online

Time:  Supper club starts at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm meal.  Members are politely reminded to arrive no earlier than 7.00pm this is in order to allow the speaker to set up and your committee to check the venue. After dinner talks last approx. 45mins

To Book and Pay on line

1) Read the GDPR statement attached.  Complete your on line membership form and pay your£15 annual subscription. An electronic link to do this will be sent to you by email

Once you have done this you can book a supper

2) To book a supper ensure you do a BACS transfer for the correct amount for the supper by the pay by date which is on your programme of suppers

Note no booking form will be required as your on line payment acts as your booking

Note For most suppers you need to pay 8 days before the supper but the December supper has an earlier booking deadline –CHECK your programme

All Suppers are £32 except for our 3 course December Christmas supper which is £42 and when both male/female guests are also welcome.

If you wish to bring a guest make the additional payment with your payment and email Heather heatherday57@hotmail.co.uk   with the name of your guest and any special dietary requirements they have.  Guests need to pay membership subscriptions if they wish to attend more than one meal in a season.

NB Cancellations– Please cancel by contacting Heather at the earliest opportunity heatherday57@hotmail.co.uk Tel 01564 783638 . No refunds can be given after the last booking/pay date (unless there are members on the waiting list) because the final numbers will have been forwarded to the venue.  Refunds can be arranged for early cancellations but there will be no carry forward facility of payments for future suppers.
